  • You can request an appointment by clicking the “Schedule Appointment” button which will direct you to the EHR client portal showing my schedule availability.

    You may also send me a message through the “contact” page on this website, email me directly at ashleehess@spiritedpathwellness.com or text/call 610-466-5380 with your name, phone number, email address and times you are available and I will send you a link to create a portal account.

  • Yes, I am able to offer a free 15-minute consultation call to answer additional questions. Again, please inquire through my contact form if you would like to schedule a call.

  • I do offer a sliding scale with fees between $75-110 dependent on income and need. Please inquire through any contact methods mentioned.

  • My office is located within Bodhi Counseling Group. Parking is located in the rear of the building (turning on South Brobst St. by the Mifflin school and then on School Lane)

    The parking lot is on the right with many spaces available. Entrance is at the front of the building.

  • Absolutely! I have done many successful sessions of both EMDR and somatic therapy virtually with clients. For EMDR, I use a platform called Bilateral Base which is specifically designed to administer bilateral stimulation either visually or audibly.
